Shipping Policy and Terms

NOTICE: The day in which your order is shipped is not considered a day in transit, weekends are not considered days in transit. (example: If your order is shipped on Monday and it is a 3 day service you will receive your order on Thursday, a package that is shipped on Friday with a 3 day service will be received on Wednesday.)

We will ship to Canada, Australia and United Kingdom- calculate your shipping in the shopping cart shipping calculator.

• We charge for shipping and handling according to the weight and delivery destination of the items ordered. 

• We would love to offer you free shipping, however we like to keep our product prices as low as possible, if we offered free shipping we would have to charge more for our products. 

• It is our intention to process and ship your order within 24 hours and we make every effort to do so. If for any reason there is a delay in shipping we will notify you immediately.  Orders placed Thursday night after 5:00pm eastern time through Sunday will be shipped out on Monday (exception: if Monday is a U.S. Federal holiday then your order will be shipped on Tuesday).

• Once we ship your order we are not responsible for delivery of your package. Delays in shipment due to the shipping company we use are out of our control. We are also not responsible for delay in delivery due to acts of God or mother nature.  Race Party Decorations, LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen merchandise once it is shipped unless you purchase insurance (see below).

• We will only guarantee timely delivery if you use Express guaranty services.  All other forms of service are not guaranteed for a specific delivery date.  Notice: USPS Express mail: Some smaller/ Rural towns are not guaranteed next day but will have a 2 day guarantee (you may call 1-800-ASK-USPS to inquire about Express delivery time from  our zip code 92860 to your zip code).

• We ship via USPS or  FedEx.  Larger heaver items such as; canopies, chairs, tables, blenders and barbecues will be shipped from our warehouse by FedEx ground or UPS ground, delivery usually will occur within a week but could take up to 2 weeks on these items. These items can only be shipped in the continental USA. If you need your order by a certain date please email or call us and let us know when you need your order.  We will do what we can to ensure you receive your order by your event date. 

• **Note: these shipping times are for the continental USA only, shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, Canada and other countries will take longer.  Allow 10-14 business days for international orders via USPS Priority mail international, however these times are not guaranteed. USPS Express International takes about 5 business day.

• All prices, products, product designs, specifications, packaging, terms, availability and all other conditions are subject to change without notice. Substitution of like items may be used if we are out of stock on the item you ordered. 

• You may add insurance to your USPS Priority order:  FedEx is already insured and does not need additional insurance.
